He not only was extremely thorough in his search and evaluating process but also very kind and patient in answering a million question from one very very stressed out client. (It's me I was the stressed out client) not only do I feel better after the evaluation but I will 100% be using their services from now on! No over selling. Professional. Patient. Thorough.
