I don’t get my eyebrows done often, so when I do I try to keep it simple, and she made me comfortable and kept me involved along the process to ensure I was okay with everything she was doing. My eyebrows came out excellent. She did mapping, waxing, trimming, and plucking, and the end result was great. Definitely recommend.“

She understood my needs as a fulltime traveler are different from most clients. She gave me a cut for my lifestyle that I'll be able to style for a wedding in a couple of weeks.“

I had a really great experience at this nail salon today. I dropped in without any notice, and they had availability. I got a really nice deluxe pedicure. The massage chair was actually really comfortable unlike a lot of others I’ve sat in. The technician who took care of me spent a lot of time on the massage part which I absolutely loved. It was a unique series of steps they took for relaxation and making sure my nails looked well manicured. I will definitely be coming back here on my lunch hours!“

So, after about two months from my last visit I went back because she previously did a great job. I went back to get halo highlights and she left a giant orange chunk where I part my hair and my highlights are splotchy, and brassy. I feel like a calico cat. I go on Friday to get my hair fixed and I’m hoping Carmen will really make it better.“
