No loaners?? Audi makes great cars. And service has been good. But no loaners when in for service? Never an issue with BMW and Lexus, but a loaner at Harper Audi of Knoxville is not likely. Pretty surprising for that level of vehicle, and disappointing. Love my 2023 SQ5, but I expect a loaner when in for service. Audi needs to do better.
So there I was, it was 5:35pm the night before having to leave on an important business trip that involved a 365 mile drive through the mountains and I notice an issue (self inflicted) with my 6 week old Audi. I jumped in the car and drove over to Audi Knoxville before they closed at 6:30pm. If I'm being honest, I was a bit desperate for a solution but since my issue was self inflicted, I wasn't overly optimistic they would be able to help me. After all...it's much easier and far more common for a business to say "no" because it's not their problem, nor did they create the problem. When I got there, Josh (new car manager) listened to my issue and immediately determined a possible solution. He then coordinated with the service department to bring the solution to life while still allowing me to leave on time for my business trip. His solution will allow me to drive my car safely through the mountains and I cannot express how grateful I am for the "above and beyond" service he provided. Most companies will do what they need to do in order to win your business in the moment or when there is a distinct financial benefit for them, Audi Knoxville goes above and beyond to earn your business at all times and they have earned my loyalty as a customer. Thank you to Josh and Audi Knoxville for being a business that just does it better than the competition.
I love Audi Knoxville! They are always prompt in their response and answer any questions I may have. When doing multipoint inspection, they will send you a video so that you are aware of what they are inspecting. They always give me a summary sheet as well and explain each category. They also give a complimentary wash to make sure your car comes back to you looking new!
