The two people from Mr. Electric, Ryan and Zack, came to my house to fix an electrical issue. They were very friendly and very professional. Called them due to needing a major repair. (Whole new electrical panel on my home) They sent out someone within the hour. Techs name was Ryan. He was amazing and helped us a lot with understanding the problem and the SOLUTION. He was a great help during a very tough time for my family. Work was done and it exceeded my expectations. Ryan is definitely who I will call if I ever need this service again.
I have had numerous experiences with Mr. Electric. All of them have been positive. Electricians and support staff are courteous, well-trained, and respectful. Each works with diligence and focus. Work is completed efficiently, ensuring I am involved when my input is needed. Zach worked by himself for several hours installing GFI receptacles and dual smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Trey and Jesse came later, helping to trace circuits and assist with tasks. The job was complex, as my house has 4 floors. There was no wasted time. It was a long day. I am completely satisfied with my experience today. Mr. Electric is the standard in competence and top-notch customer service!
