Advanced Heating and AC and Greg Yates rescued our family Christmas this year with their immediate response to our plumbing issue on a holiday weekend. Problem was solved quickly and professionally.
From the first call on a weekend we were treated great. The owner answered the phone and answered any and all questions we had and assured us we would receive prompt service. Just as he said first thing the next morning, Sunday that is, they had someone here to help. Sadly parts weren't readily available but as soon as they had them they were right back out Tuesday morning first thing. I have nothing but great things to say and would recommend them to anyone. They'll definitely be my go to for any future needs that arise! This is one Veteran owned company that truly keeps the standard high and from a fellow Veteran I thank them!
Jordan was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I was impressed with his professionalism. I was shocked at the cost of the part, but he did a good job of explaining in detail the reasoning behind the cost. I got the impression he was proud to work for Advanced. Once he was finished, he explained all the other services Advanced offers which was impressive. I will definitely use Advance again and request Jordan hopefully he will be available. Darryl Wilson
