“I started to see Dr. Norris about a week ago. I came in with symptoms of perimenopause, elevated blood pressure, hyperthyroidism and Graves’ disease. I wasn’t sleeping well and having hot flashes. During our consultation we had the BEST conversation about my symptoms, diagnosis, food, and lifestyle. For the first time I actually felt heard from someone who was willing to treat me without a prescription to mask the symptoms but get to the root cause of my problems. Once we finished talking about what steps we would take I had my first acupuncture treatment. I felt relaxed for the first time in a long time.
I went home with 2 supplements to start treating my hot flashes and to help me sleep. I started adding Redmond salt to my water and adding electrolytes into my diet daily. I was amazed at how well I felt 4 days in just from that small change and the supplements decreased my hot flashes ten fold and I’m sleeping better than I have in over a year.
I thought I was doing everything right, drinking only water and eating low carb, no sugar and fasting only to find out I wasn’t eating or drinking for my body and blood type.
At my second appointment we agreed to start tackling my thyroid and Graves’ disease. Under his care I have no doubt I will be off my methimazole completely by fall, if not sooner.
Dr. Norris took the time and continues to take the time to guide me on this journey of healing my body and educating me. I have never been happier with any other health care professional as I have been with Dr. Norris. He has completely changed my life for the better and I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me.

“Mrs. Obediente is a fantastic yoga teacher. She's super knowledgeable and after taking many classes with her I've truly never had two classes that were the same. She manages to keep you engaged and interested as well as informed about each posture and what it does and how it's beneficial for you. Her yoga is pretty adaptable to the client. I've recieved some tough classes with a lot of endurance, but at times I've requested a softer, more relaxing class and she's been able to adapt and give me exactly the type of class I need. It also helps that she's bilingual, and a super nice person. She's very bright and radiates positive energy. I'm very happy I got to learn yoga under her.“

“Dr. Wes never fails me. He has helped me heal thru many injuries throughout the years. The most recent is a torn tendon in my foot. I limp in with pain and walk out with 90% improvement. And he never pushes me to get more treatments, in fact, most times he tells me to wait and that I probably wont need another.
