Inefficient execution and outdated approach to customer service. I am a professional consultant myself so think I am somewhat qualified to evaluate people who provide me with professional services. I always try to provide my customers with knowledgeable, professional services in an efficient manner. While focusing on efficiency may mean that I may not maximize my short-term profits, it tends to result in return business which is good for both my customers and myself. In my experiences with Linda, she always seemed somewhat distracted and not focused on my needs as a customer. There were several instances where she asked me the same question multiple times in separate conversations - this led me to believe that she was not focused on providing quality services in an efficient manner. It also seemed to me that she did not employ a systematic approach to moving my case forward - at least the approach she used was never explained to me in a way that I could understand. I may be mistaken here in that perhaps had I asked, she would have outlined her approach and specific action plans early in the process. Thus I will give her the benefit of the doubt on this question.
