My dog had an emergency, and even though I had never used their services, my dog was accepted and seen as soon as we walked in.
The staff were very kind and knowledgeable.

I would just like to let people know what a wonderful Vet office this is ! Dr . Wheeler is quite exceptional. I had to have a dog put down yesterday and Dr.Wheeler and the staff were so amazing as far as explaining our options etc . She truly loves what she does and it shows ! I trust her fully with my animals and just can’t thank her and the staff enough for how we were treated yesterday.

We’ve been taking our pets to Kingston Springs Animal Hospital for many many years. The staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We have a 19 year old female cat who has required a couple of visits to their office the past two months due to arthritis and diabetes. Front office staff is always helpful and friendly when we’ve had to call in for insulin refills and needles to pick up later in the day. They’re also kind enough to have a case of prescription wet cat food and a bag of prescription dry food for our Nala. We appreciate them for all they have done for our pets the past 20 plus years.
