“What do you do when you wake up one morning to find the addition to your house falling off. I mean literally falling off, sunlight coming through the cracks in the wall.

Estimates were difficult to get in WNC after hurricane Helene and the first estimate we received was about the price of used Ford F-150 with low miles and a clean Carfax. They talked like a used car salesman too. They whole experience left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of, perhaps they thought insurance or FEMA would be paying for the job...WRONG! So we went searching for a second opinion and we could not be happier with the decision.

Jimmy showed up on a Thursday afternoon, did a walkthrough, talked to us in plain English about what he thought the problem was, what the options were to fix it and what he would recommend. Spoiler alert, the most expensive option was NOT his recommendation. He told us to let him go home, think about it, write up a contract and come back Friday with all the cost (supplies and labor). We agreed and to our surprise, the cost was 1/5th the price of that used F-150 we were previously quoted.

Not only that but Jimmy, Ronnie and Jessie showed up on Sunday (with our permission) to begin the job and came back to finish it on Monday so it would be completed before Christmas with no upcharge for working a weekend. And they came back after Christmas to check and see how well things had settled (since Ronnie finished in the dark). Noticing that the patio needed to be resealed he went and bought supplies at Lowes and came back to button up all those loose ends.
