Proudly serving the Tri-Cities area & beyond, owner Heather Wilhelm is a fully licensed PMU Artist who specializes in custom permanent makeup/cosmetic tattoo. Known for her uber-natural microblading style and meticulously tight lash line enhancements, her artistic talents also include combo brow and powder brow, which can be gradient, ombré diluted, or strikingly bold; custom designed permanent eyeliner, lip blush, and 3D areola/nipple tattoo.
