This was my first time going to the Kingsport location and it happened to be the day before my wedding, I wasn’t nervous at all bc my brows always come out perfect! I also found two pairs of wedding earrings at this location!! 10/10!

I went for my first wax yesterday and had Taylor (who was training at the time.) I will start by saying she was so professional and knowledgeable, I would have never known this had she not told me. I was very anxious about this appointment and came in uneasy, self conscious, and not knowing what to expect. Taylor was friendly and informative from the start, worked in a timely and professional manner, and not only that, but she also put me at complete ease and comfort before the first strip was ever applied.
