This was my first time going to the Kingsport location and it happened to be the day before my wedding, I wasn’t nervous at all bc my brows always come out perfect! I also found two pairs of wedding earrings at this location!! 10/10!

always very professional and friendly. excellent service.I went back after a few years and was still so impressed by their friendly employees and the professionalism. They really know what they’re doing. I would recommend them for all of their services! Brows, wax, facials are all great!

Amazing experience with Taylor! The place is clean and very nice!!! Both employees I came in contact with were so friendly and caring. When I called over the phone to book, they had nothing available and the woman offered to check the other 2 locations nearby to see what’s available! Luckily she found me an opening there same day. Taylor’s service was wonderful. She was very informative and professional, but still extremely nice and genuine. I honestly had a great time and great results!!Services: Eyebrow waxing
