This particular PF just did renovations to the facility and added new equipment such as squat racks, an extra Smith Machine, and brand new cardio stuff. I was paranoid they were going to remove machines I depend on for my routine to make room, but it appears everything is still there. They did remove some cardio equipment but there is still enough for everyone to access one. Staff is always kind and helpful, although there appears to be a pretty significant turnover. It's worth noting a small number of machines break constantly which gets frustrating but they do their best to fix them. I appreciate the value and variety provided by PF. Lots of different equipment. Everything I need to work out! Everything is clean and neat. The people there are courteous. The staff are super friendly and helpful. But most of all, I feel safe.
I went to the kingsport location( 11pm) for the first time. It was very similar to the other locations I have visited previously. The layout was very similar. I was greeted by a staff member when I walked in ( Jesse). He was very nice. He took my picture because I didn't have one on my file. He asked if I needed any help since he noticed I was kinda new( new to this location). He took the time to talk to me and welcome me to this location. As the night went on I worked out in the equipment- I used the massage bed, and also tried the total enhancement for the first time.
