My outside unit parameters were within limits but it sounded very loud when running. Tyler, a tech with Lafayette diagnosed the problem to the compressor and replaced it quickly and efficiently.
Appreciate the urgency from Brenda Bright and my technician Brock Hall. They provided me fantastic service within 30 minutes of my call.

Landon was very professional. He explained everything in detail as to what he was doing and needed to be done. He was up front with the cost of everything before doing the work needed. He called to let me know he would be at my residence in 10 minutes, showed up on time and actually earlier because my appointment was scheduled for between 1-4pm. I will continue to use this company for all my heat pump needs.
