Heat pump went out 6 days before Christmas and 4 days before the 3 degree weather got here. Nobody else could get me a new one installed in time but Johnny came to the rescue and had it installed the day before the bad weather got here. He even had to come back the next day to replace my thermostat. Very professional and quick to respond which you don't get with a lot of HVAC people. Call Johnny before you call anybody else.
