After contacting multiple companies to service our residential steam boiler, Isaac was the only one that came through for us. Our long term goal is to have HVAC installed in our 1904 home but we needed to be sure the boiler was safe to use through one more season.
He went above and beyond to get this system clean and safe to use while replacing a couple parts.
Thanks to his care and precise work on this system, he’s earned our business for the HVAC install as well.
We had a great experience with IDM! I called at 2:30 pm on a Friday afternoon... spoke to Isaac for about 10 minutes about our problem and came out to check our outside HBAC unit within 30 minutes of the call, (in inclement weather I should add). Isaac was friendly and knowledgeable, he had our issue diagnosed and got the unit running again in just over half an hour after arriving at our condo. Can't recommend him enough, would give ten stars if I could and we will most definitely be calling him next time we have any HVAC (or plumbing) issues. Thank you so much for your help, Isaac! :)
