“I highly recommend Hammond HVAC for heat pump repair. We had a brand new unit installed (by a different company) less than 2 years ago. It went completely out in November and we have went through 4 different HVAC repair companies including the person who installed it and they all have been unable to fix the problem. Our power bill was over $400 a month due to this issue. The air conditioning completely quit working a week ago and I contacted Hammond as a last resort because no other company could fix it. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They had to order some parts (which they did correctly through the warranty, saving us a fortune). They worked diligently to get the unit completely repaired. We can already tell a huge difference in how it is working. It is finally fixed after six months and four different HVAC companies.
