I am a traveling nurse. My husband and I tried to trim our 3 year old Aussiedoodle ourselves and failed miserably. We needed to find a groomer emergently. Heavenly Cuts Grooming in Kingsport TN came to our rescue. The groomer turn out, “Buddy,” from a chopped up mess into a beautiful looking dog. The details of how they trimmed him are better than we’ve seen in a while. Buddy was happy and likes the Heavenly Cuts Dog Groomer. The groomer is knowledgeable, professional and very much a dog lover! Thank you for saving my Buddy’s bubbly personality!
they really care about your fur babies
Probably the worst dog grooming I’ve ever experienced. From dropping him off that morning and them over sleeping, to changing the price on me from $65 to $80 to $100 when I picked him up. The haircut I got was wayyyy shorter than what I asked for. I dropped him off at 9am and was told it would be a couple of hours, when I called at 1130 to check on him he hadn’t even been started on. By 2pm I called and told her to get him to stopping place I was coming to get him, when I showed up at 215 he still wasn’t completely finished and I told her to send him out like he was that I needed to go. It was stressful and a complete disaster. Read the reviews because my experience was similar to so many others on here!! And I never even seen inside where the dogs were groomed and never heard even met the groomer only her husband.
