Fantastic job! Sometimes you buy from a florist for somebody in a different town and they skimp out and do barely what they advertise. Not Downtown Flowers! It looks better than the pictures and the staff was amazing and very helpful! Will use again, but hope I dont have to!
I’ve sent several arrangements using Downtown Flowers in Kingsport, Tennessee. My mother is in the hospital, and I ordered online early Saturday morning. I didn’t realize they closed early. So I called to see if the flowers would arrive Saturday or Monday. The very sweet lady that answered the phone told me they would definitely arrive today. She stated that the vase the flowers were shown it she didn’t think she had it. However, me knowing the company I didn’t worry at all.

They are very friendly and helpful. I needed a money bouquet for my son’s 16th birthday and they nailed it!!! It looked absolutely amazing ? way better than I had imagined!! I will be giving them all of my flower/gift business from here on out! Thank you guys for helping me make his day special?
