Aside from doing an amazing job, Tim kept clear communication, was very clean, he even moved back all of our furniture in the same spot without us asking him to. He was very thorough in walking us through the process of replacing our flooring. It was also nice being able to take the time in getting to know him. Highly recommend!

Tim was so thorough when he came to clean my carpets. He vacuumed and even go in the corners and edges! I have never had just a good job done before. My house smells clean throughout. I would trust Tim and All American Initiative completely to do a great job every time.

Tim came recently to evaluate my condo for carpet cleaning and handyman work. If you want someone with honesty and integrity he's the man for you. His advice was spot on and saved me money. I am 100% satisfied.
