Jake, one of their technicians, is commended for his competence and helpful tips. Customers have done business with Newman Air for years, both for personal properties and rental properties, and highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
Everything from making the appointment to all the services were excellent. First guy who came out Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. Found out I had a bad fan motor and sent it in to get a quote to me for a new one. Laura in the office quickly got it to me, once it was approved, she was able to get me on the schedule for the next morning. That next day Alex another outstanding technician came in was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. My unit is working better than it has ever worked since moving into this house. Can’t recommend enough!
Thank you Alex for doing such and great job checking out our mini split. He showed what the system was doing and what he wanted to see to make sure that it was running properly. he also made sure that I saw it as well.
