She is very friendly. I always just get a trim and she does a fine job. Her prices are extremely reasonable. Make an appointment because I believe she stays booked up for a few weeks out usually.

I do not recommend renting from Leslie and Associates. I absolutely loved living in my downtown Asheville apartment, right up until Leslie took over as property management. They made maintenance requests incredibly difficult- lacking a sense of urgency for issues that should not be the tenant's responsibility and then finally making an appointment on my behalf (where I was required to be present) without any input on my availability. They apparently made no effort to learn their new property or share accurate information with their team. I was advised I only needed to provide a 30-day notice for moving out but later told that was incorrect, and they refused to honor what their team previously communicated. Lyn Leslie called to yell at me herself with no apology or ownership of their wrongdoing. Other email communications were rudely worded and further displayed how little they care about their tenants. Asheville is a lovely place but beware of the few at Leslie that give it a negative reputation!

LESLIE IS AWESOME! SHE DEFINITELY KNOWS HOW TO CUT, COLOR OR WHATEVER YOU WANT. Her shop is connected to her home and hard to see from the road, but i promise anyone who goes to her will be very pleased with the job she does on your hair!!!
