My wife and I were closing on a relatively recent (2022) 5 BR 3 Bath construction in a DR Horton development in Kingsport TN; upon relocating from NJ. NIck was very thorough and easy to communicate via both phone & text. Very punctual and responsive. Very knowledgeable about electric and plumbing, as well as exterior and attic construction. We could not be more pleased, and highly recommend.

Nick has always been great and very helpful with his inspections are detailed. Great value, he is very quick with his responses and is available to answer any questions we might have.

Nick did a great job inspecting the property we had planned on buying. He was very professional and responded to us in a timely manner anytime we had a questions for him. With us being in Virginia and not being able to be there Nick did an excellent job by making sure sure we had exceptional photos that showed exactly what he had reported in writing. We can’t say enough about the excellent job he did for us. We would recommend him to anyone who wishes for a professional to do a professional job.
