I called for an appt they told me what they had, we went in for the appt Dr. Lamons told me that without any testing she was not able to tell me what was best for our Shelby, however she did say what she could do and told us to think about it and let her know what we wanted to do. Before too much time could go by our Shelby got very sick today 11/14/2025 my family has grieved Shelby dying all day the love and compassion these people showed us was nothing short of how they would want their family to be taken care of… they made my family keychains, they had a very well constructed box to put our Shelby in and wrapped her so sweet. I have taken several pets here and for the most part I'm satisfied with it. I'm not ok with the fact that you cannot accompany your pet to be weighed, etc. They are my kids and I didn't let my children walk away with a nurse or doctor and go out of my sight ... This should be more lax in my opinion. Their prices are middle of the road in comparison to other veterinary offices nearby. My one turn off was how quickly they wanted me to put my dog down 4 years ago. It didn't sit well. I've taken in another of my beloved babies since then and her care was good. Still slightly unresolved but very helpful in what could be next in her care.
