We purchased the Brown Maple Sugar 8mm, 9"x72", so glad we got a sample of this floor to see in person, the photos just don't do it justice. Its a must see in person as its hard to photograph without giving a weird yellow effect. However the floor is not really yellow its more of a warm orangey (but not too orange) brown color. So cozy and inviting. The quality of the board is great, the 8mm has a wonderful weight, the larger 9"x72" board makes them a little difficult to DIY especially if you don't have help but its definitely possible and worth it. Ordered samples that were shipped out immediately and at no expense to me. Ben was very helpful and kept me updated on delivery, etc. Most places charge for samples and you never know when to expect them, so this was appreciated. Have not made a decision yet but so far have been satisfied with customer service.

Came across this company via FB. Able to view items at my leisure without someone calling/texting me. I was able to order samples free of charge. After order a friendly professional text came to my attention regarding my order. Order came quickly with all the necessity to understand the project. After order was received a f/u text came to my attention inquiring and again not pushy nor demanding. My questions were asked and responded promptly. Highly recommend.
