I have a cat that is 15 years old and I took him to JC Veterinary Medical Center because he was sick. He recently was treated for pancreatitis at another facility but they were unable to see him again so I Googled and found this Veterinary Center. He was seen by Sean and Dr. Kusiek, DMV and they were very caring and thorough and compassionate with my boy. The ladies at the front were also kind and caring. I would highly recommend this Veterinary Center for anyone who needs their services!!!
First time visiting this morning. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff, very clean facility. Glad I found them.
Dr. B is always very kind to my pets. She is patient, and I never feel rushed when I’m there and have questions. I have one very high strung dog who I take more often for nail trims. The front office is always nice about letting me check out while he’s getting his nails trimmed, so we can just go I stead of him having to hang around the office. Today, Sean and Abbie were SO helpful. Abbie and Sean both worked to get my dog’s meds refilled. Abbie told me multiple ways to get my other dogs’ meds refilled at a lower price, and Sean took my dog outside while I was inside doing an additional checkout. I was feeling very stressed, and they went above and beyond to help me. It was very much appreciated!
