I can't thank Dr. Fogg and the team at Robinson Animal Hospital enough for their exceptional care of my senior dog. Dr. Fogg's expertise in dental care is unparalleled, and her kindness and knowledge were evident throughout the visit. Special thanks to Casey, the manager, for patiently answering all my questions and showing genuine concern for my dog's well-being. With their advanced dental x-ray technology and top-notch service, I wholeheartedly recommend Robinson Animal Hospital to all pet owners.
Really, there are no word to adequately show how far out of their way this clinic went to help a disabled elderly family member with a suffering dog. Jennifer, in particular, set up a way to ease my aunt's little dog across the Rainbow Bridge that included an Uber ride, my aunt who could not leave the car, and payment from another city. I cried. she cried. my aunt cried. They didn't have to do what they did, but they did. Bless all of them.
I will start by saying this is not our primary vet. We have been established with another vet for over 25 years. But Robinsons is our emergency/off hours vet. We have been to them twice now with our dog Bear. He was badly dehydrated the first time after being sick for a few days and this most recent (still ongoing) he ate a stuffed toy of another dog that was visiting. My daughter uses Robinsons for her cat. I'd like to address a couple things. I have found the staff to be very patient and supportive and caring. I have never felt they are padding the bill or over charging. To the contrary they have always asked before testing to be sure we are all on board and even give us all the costs involved so we are informed. Their staff take a scary and stressful situation and make it easier to deal with. Bear has spent the night with IV's and has come out the next day happy and excited and feeling much better. Expect follow up calls and ppl who do care for your pets. We have labradoodles and like all lab breeds they eat things they shouldn't, on days our normal vet is closed. I expect we will be back again sometime in the future and I feel we are all in good hands.
