“I called to check on the status of my order for nursing school and was placed on hold for 20 min. She said she was helping another customer and then would be with me.But all I could hear is the lady talking on the phone with another lady about another employee and using foul language. And showing more concern about printing a sign saying they were going to be closed for Easter than answering my question. Very unprofessional. No one ever picked up to help me with my question and I spent over a $100 with this business! Very upset!Let me correct this .... I spoke with the owner and she apologized and corrected this mistake so fast! I'm very pleased with how she corrected this and proved to care about my concern! My order has been mailed off the very next day!“
