Highly recommended. I'm new to town, grabbed the closest vet to me in an emergency. They squeezed us right in. Front staff so welcoming. Techs amazing. Vet was awesome. Very friendly, caring crew. Tests, diagnosis, treatment, follow up, was communicated very clearly and precise. I will be staying with this team for both my dogs.

We're new to the area and my golden doodle, Honeysuckle, had something going on with her ears. I made an appointment with Pinecrest Veterinary Clinic and from the first call requesting an appointment for a new client to seeing Dr. Wiseman to check out was an amazing experience. Everyone was so kind and Dr Wiseman took his time examining Honeysuckle and explaining everything along the way. I couldn't be any more pleased with the staff. Definitely worth 5 stars plus.

Unfortunately me and my mom had to have our 16yr old dog put to sleep. Pinecrest isnt my usual vet, but they are closed due to flooding. Everyone I spoke to at Pinecrest was sweet and understanding. We were a mess, but no one made us feel bad for it. Dr.Kapoor was emphatic and even tho he had never met my dog prior, it felt like he really cared about him. Dr.Kapoor sent us a card with a handwritten note in the mail expressing his condolences. I am so touched and grateful for the people who helped us during a very sad time.
