Another project well done on time with no surprises by Marc Francis Plumbing. We had water entering our basement due to a completely plugged underground corrugated plastic drainage pipe system connected to roof drain pipes. Thanks to the builder, they did not install any cleanouts and planted a large cedar tree right next to the lowest elevation drain pipe. You can imagine what the root system did to the corrugated pipe.
