My husband and I contacted Shannon 2 years ago for a metal roof. We realized it wouldn't work with our siding. We told Shannon we'd call him when we were ready to install shingles. He gave us a quote for the metal roof materials and labor. Two years later, he didn't increase the original quote which came as a pleasant surprise! He and his crew did a fantastic job. He originally said it would take 3 days to complete the job. But he got a crew that finished in one full day and 2 hours the next day! It was amazing! They worked for 11 hours the first day. My husband checked the work they did and said they did a great job. My husband had installed the shingles the first time, so he knows what to look for. I would definitely recommend Jackson's roofing for anybody who needs their roof replaced. 5 stars is not enough. Their customer service is above and beyond. Shannon said if we have any problems, don't hesitate to call him.
