I recently had an interaction with the electrician part of the company. I was getting a hook-up for a new 50 amp generator. I needed an evaluation of the situation and then wanted the job done. The job included grounding my transfer box, installing a new 4 prong outlet and fixing me a 10 foot 6 guage extension cord to connect the generator to the outlet. It took a few communications with the personnel to get the job right but all of them were very professional and courteous. I had Jerry and Jack come out to look at my dishwasher and garbage disposal. I am very pleased with the new hot water heater and pressure reducing valve. I also signed up for the maintenance program. I am very impressed and will recommend Hometown to everyone in and around the Tri-Cities.
