I recently had an interaction with the electrician part of the company. I was getting a hook-up for a new 50 amp generator. I needed an evaluation of the situation and then wanted the job done. The job included grounding my transfer box, installing a new 4 prong outlet and fixing me a 10 foot 6 guage extension cord to connect the generator to the outlet. It took a few communications with the personnel to get the job right but all of them were very professional and courteous. Initially, I felt like the fee for service was too high but paid it and later negotiated with a higher up company employee. They agreed that there was a mistake regarding the charges and I had no trouble with them reimbursing my credit card with the over payment. They apologized about the incorrect billing and explained it was due to a new employee and new billing system. To me, this shows they can be trusted and I feel like I was treated fairly. I will consider working with them again in the future as a result of their honesty.
