I’m currently enrolled at ETSU working on my bachelor's degree. My aunt, who has been a caregiver through this agency for several years now, recommended I apply. I joined the team about 4 months ago. The administrative staff are very friendly and compassionate. Communication is great! I needed an employer that was truly flexible with scheduling due to my class structure changing each semester. Wendy has been most wonderful to work with me! I absolutely love working here! I would highly recommend this company …especially to other students as well.
I’m 25 and got injured from walking out in front of a car. I have Alicia 3 days a week and she is so awesome!!!! She doesn’t complain that she has to watch me either. She and me are great friends and I think it will stay that way even when I get better!
I decided to become a caregiver for Home Instead after seeing my grandmother use the agency. She was always talking about her caregivers like they were family and loved them just the same. I was amazed at the care they gave her, and she's not an easy woman to care for. I was semi-retired and decided to take a look at becoming a caregiver. The process was easy and the staff were incredibly professional and supportive. They provided all the training I needed and the training for physical care was provided by a registered nurse.
