H and L Barber Shop is the oldest continuously operating barber shop in Johnson City. It offers fast, friendly service at reasonable rates. From H and L Barber Shop

The oldest continuously opperating barber shop in Johnson City. Fast, freindly service at reasonable rates. It's the best deal around, bar none in town BUT if you have terrible hair and only feel ok if someone spends eternity on it, please go elsewhere, it's not a brush your hair a million times and coddle you kind of place. The only bad reviews are a couple people with terrible hair that expected magic. Can't give that. Thanks
