The ladies in this branch gave been fantastic. My fiancé was the one who dealt with the loan itself. He passed away 6 weeks ago, and I've been running around crazy. He had been smart enough to put the insurance on the loan so if something happened I wouldn't lose my car, as it was in his baje and we weren't considered as anything by the government and bills.

One they contacted me through his phone, they have honestly gone out if their way to help me get it going. There was never the issue if jumping through hoops to get it closed out. Friendly people but make sure you go pay your payment way before closing i paid our payment 2 weeks ago and i got there 20 mins before closing and the lady hand wrote me a receipt and we got a bill in the mail today saying we didnt make the payment and i paid it 2 weeks early from the due date. So make sure they enter your payment in the computer and give a reciept that way!
