In over 25 years of practicing medicine I have not seen a better clinic than this one. From the Front Office Staff, to Nursing Staff, Laboratory, Medical Providers and Supervisors across the board, all are true caring professionals. All are welcome as patients. Expect to be treated like Family.
I've had a great experience with the doctors and nurses here! I also started off getting informed consent for HRT here (after first going to another clinic) and it was a painless experience. Very caring doctors, although the site does get busy and sometimes they're late due to that. Arrive early mornings.
Any time I need my medicine filled that needs prior authorization I always get it same day. They have always listened and addressed my concerns. I also have therapy there with Dr. Joey. Any time the appointment is about my mental health Dr. Joey is allowed to sit in and give his input. They have always been very thorough with appointments and even schedule longer ones if needed. They are truly wonderful there. I have not met a doctor or student yet I have not like.
