I scheduled a private class here for my Girl Scout Troop. We had our class today with Maggie, and we had a wonderful experience! Maggie was a great instructor and really kept the girls engaged throughout the session. She listened to everyone's expectations for the class and really made sure to tie in all those elements.

Was in town visiting family and took a class. The instructor was very attentive to my desires of what I wanted to gain from the class. We worked on restorative poses as well as strengthening problem areas. It was very helpful to release tension especially after traveling. High suggest taking classes here.

I love the teachers, I love the space and I love that my low back is virtually pain free because of attending yoga classes here on a regular basis. The instructors encourage you to listen to your body and modify poses if needed but to also push yourself when needed. I love the warmth of the space, the wood floors, the soothing aromas that sometimes waft upstairs from Dr Scott downstairs. I especially love that since starting yoga a few years ago my low back is pretty much pain free. Don’t wait any longer go check it out!
