Blue Ridge Animal Hospital provides excellent care for pets. Dr. Vail is a knowledgeable veterinarian who is highly recommended. The vet technicians are helpful and skilled in handling animals, even those who are afraid. The hospital's staff is kind and compassionate, treating pets with care and attention. They have experience with a variety of situations, from emergencies to end-of-life care, ensuring pets receive the best possible treatment.
I seriously wish I could give more stars but sadly I cant our sweet kitten had a little accident they was the only place that would let us bring her in on short notice without a appointment thankfully our sweet kitty is ok but everyone was so nice we will definitely be back thank you guys again 🩷🐱
We had resuced a kitten and she had a prolaspe. I was so nervous on my visit the staff are very nice and compassionate they gave me estimates I didnt feel pressured to do anything. They are great and I would gladly go again!
Great service and the only vet I know who stays on schedule. If you have a 2 o’clock appointment, you get in the exam room at 2.
Easy to communicate with the staff.
I appreciate the honesty, my dog had an eye issue and Dr Vail has professional contacts if additional services are needed.
