Alexis is a true asset to this team. She has really changed my life and been a major support system both pre and post op for me for TOS. Therapist that can help alleviate tos symtpoms are very hard to come by. Whenever I have a flare up she gets me in and helps me get relief.
She truely is a huge part of my recovery and listens to her patients.
Posting on my husbands profile because I don’t have a Google acct but Alexis is seriously an amazing pt I recommend her to anyone I know even though selfishly I want to keep her to myself. She deserves to be recognized for her skills and compassion
I had my left knee replaced January 2024. Originally Watauga Physical Therapy was where I was to have my PT done. After my first session with Watauga PT I moved my therapy to Benchmark PT. Sarah was my therapist and she totally was remarkable. She noted a potential issue concerning my Blood Pressure and contacted my PCP and my PCP adjusted my medication. It was easy to see that all the therapists at Benchmark are focused on their patients and showed genuine concern for their treatment. I would recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy to anyone requiring Physical Therapy! The staff and therapists there are AWESOME!!!!
Alex Nelson was highly recommended to me for a condition I had been dealing with for 3 years. After getting the proper diagnosis I started my therapy with Benchmark. The care and concern has been overwhelming and I will be continuing my therapy with Benchmark as I continue to improve.
