BenchMark Physical Therapy

I had my left knee replaced January 2024. Originally Watauga Physical Therapy was where I was to have my PT done. After my first session with Watauga PT I moved my therapy to Benchmark PT. Sarah was my therapist and she totally was remarkable. She noted a potential issue concerning my Blood Pressure and contacted my PCP and my PCP adjusted my medication. It was easy to see that all the therapists at Benchmark are focused on their patients and showed genuine concern for their treatment. I would recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy to anyone requiring Physical Therapy! The staff and therapists there are AWESOME!!!!

Alex Nelson was highly recommended to me for a condition I had been dealing with for 3 years. After getting the proper diagnosis I started my therapy with Benchmark. The care and concern has been overwhelming and I will be continuing my therapy with Benchmark as I continue to improve.

ALEX NELSON / MARY KATE ARE THE BEST WHEN I SIGNED TO TAKE PT I DIDN'T THINK ANY OF THIS WOULD WORK I WAS WRONG I WALKED WITH A LIMP WHEN I FELL, I COULD NOT GET UP ON MY OWN AND HAD RETRICTIONS IN MOVEMENT THEY TOOK INTREST WITH MY PROBLEMS WHEN STARTED THEY MADE SURE I WAS DOING THE EXCERSISE RIGHT AND MADE SURE I KNEW WHAT EACH BENIFITED MY BODY 6 SESSIONS LATER I DIDN'T WALK WITH A LIMP SAID IT MIGHT BE SCAR TISSUE OR THE MUSSEL STREACHED ICAN GET UP ON MY OWN AND TOOK CARE OF MOST OF THE RESTRICTIONSNOT BAD FOR 2HIPS REPLACED BACK SURGEY AND 2 HEARTSURGERY'S I RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE I AM GLADE I WENT
