I can not say enough about the professionalism and incredible care the bartlett team showed throughout our entire project. We had every single one of our HUGE ancient elm trees pruned back...and it was quite a task...I don't think they had been cared for in a very very long time, and we were so fortunate to have chase come out and spend tons of time explaining the process and checking every tree to be sure it was healthy and got everything it needed ...our trees are so important to the look and feel of our home and we want to have them around for as long as we can...we feel bartlett has made this possible....the pruning crew took the time to choose each branch and carefully cut it at just the right angle, they would step back and check the aesthetics , then prune a bit more then step back , check with us to make sure everything was perfect , and then make sure the tree was healthy, then clean every stick every leaf and every bit of debris off the ground and move on to the next tree. Awesome experience. ..we will always use them!!!!
Yesterday I was sitting in a funeral procession driving down Erwin Hwy/107 Hwy in Greeneville when we encountered a crew from Bartlett working on the side of the road. As we passed each and everyone of the crew took their hard hats off and placed them over their hearts.
