I used to go to Jessie for my hair and she did a good job but my schedule got wacky and I missed a couple appointments, mistakenly. She charged me the full price and I told her to take me off her schedule since they didn’t align. There were times where she’s running late or missed appointments and just blew it off. I guess her time is important but ours isn’t. One of her clients is disabled with MS and moves a little slower and the way she was treated was horrible! It’s just a shame because she is good with hair but she lacks compassion and caring for her customers. She definitely has the “what’s in it for me” attitude!
The hair spa has a cozy, welcoming feel. I got my eyebrows done by Sydney, who was very outgoing, and it took no time at all to do. The price was very reasonable, and the service was great.
I was so happy to get an appointment with Jessie after being referred here by multiple people. I hadn't had my hair dyed in years, and Jessie completely transformed my hair. She was friendly and the shop was so cute as well. Very satisfied with my experience and will be back!
