Dr. Diamond is wonderful. He has taken the best care of my husband and myself. We both have vision issues that extend beyond the normal and he goes above and beyond.

From the time of my arrival this afternoon, this has been one of the rudest customer service encounters with which I have ever been involved. The large sign out front instructs you to call the number to check in. When I called the number it went through a number of options to press, with #1 being stated to confirm your arrival. After repeatedly pressing it and not being able to check in, I proceeded on into the practice to make sure they knew I was present for my appointment, so I would not be considered as a no-show. Staff is amazing, from the check in staff to the Dr! This is the only office I trust for my vision! The best part is no dilating of the eyes! They are very prompt and extremely efficient!
