Took my vehicle there yesterday & been there several times before with great service; detail was to consist of inside/outside, engine bay and wax, I had to wait until today, needless to say was not happy, still had bug scum.on hood, the floor mats wasn't cleaned, back window still have finger prints, and was told the engine was cleaned, it wasn't , have pictures of engine bay and sent to the manager and still waiting on a return phone. Very unsatisfied....
Kermit is very conscientious about his work. I did have a problem at first however after bringing it to his attention he went over and above the call of duty to cure. This is a commendable attitude that I have found to be rare. The measure is how the problems are handled when they occur and he did very well. Thank you Kermit and please follow up about my ceramic treatment.

In life there’s always a reason,a very good reason you stick with and trade with certain people. Kermit Ratliff is the perfect example. For over 15 years of his car details and window tint,he and his staff at B-Rads tint shack in Jeff city have always pulled through for us.
