My daughter saw Dr. Lindy Lewis today, and she's amazing! As always, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. The ladies who helped her pick out her glasses were great as well. However, whoever was working the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. She said my daughter's insurance wouldn't go through so she put it in under her medical insurance. When my daughter went back in and showed her proof that the insurance she initially gave her was correct, she put her hand up at her and basically told her to go away. If it weren't for Dr. Lewis, no one in my family would go back to the Jackson My Eye Doctor again.

I’ve been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and very patient. I feel I’m getting the best in eye care. Will never go anywhere else

First time at this location, and I was very impressed with Dr. Francisco and Theresa! Really welcoming and they did a great job of the exam and fitting of new glasses. I will return!
