After a long week of working the Strawberry Festival my crew and I were finally heading home when we had an incident with one of our stock trailers. We were forced to pull into the closest lot to speedily repair a broken wheel bearing. After about 15 minutes the infamous Karen showed up!! Yes ladies and gents, a real live Karen in her natural habitat. I asked for one style, even showed several pictures, and got the complete opposite of what I wanted. My hair was over processed and damaged now I have to pay someone to try to repair it. I will not be going back!

Kayla did great on my perm! She choose the right perm for my hair. No dry ends just soft loose curls! It's exactly what i wanted! i would recommend Kayla to anyone who wants a great beautician!
