On one of the hottest days this summer so far, 3 bolts on the fan in my outside unit rusted out, causing the fan to fall partway into the unit and also bend the grate. I called another local company first. The salesman (he was first and foremost a salesman) quoted me $1800 to replace the fan motor, blades, and grate. He then strongly advised that due to its age (12 yrs), it was time to purchase a new unit which would have cost many many thousands of dollars. When I asked if the fan could simply be reattached, the man said no because it might then be “out of balance”. I called Garrett and Kalton Willis came out. $120 of labor and 4 new bolts later, my unit is working just fine. There was nothing wrong with the motor or the fan blades at all - it simply needed to be reattached - and the grate just needed to be straightened back out. Garrett gained a customer for life, while I have told all my neighbors to avoid that other company at all costs. Thank you Garrett Plumbing and Kalton Willis for saving this teacher many thousands of dollars!!

I've dealt with the other Plumbing Companies. Not able to come out, want you to join a club, send out Salesmen that want you to buy all kinds of stuff you don't need and in 1 case was kinda sarcastic with a don't care about you attitude (I was ******!). Totally FRUSTRATING. I have used Garrett's 2 times now. One of the times was during the everyone's pipes froze time period. They were the only Company that was willing to help me. Great bunch of guys who actually care about taking care of you. Use this Company...I don't think you will be disappointed. I won't use anyone else!
