1000% recommend Fain Storm Shelters! Decently priced, wonderful customer service. Most of my yard is wonky and holds water, which limits the area available to set a storm shelter. The first spot I’d chosen didn’t work. As soon as the truck pulled off the concrete it sunk into the ground. While they waited for someone to bring the backhoe, the guys picked up a football and started playing ball with my son. Once the backhoe arrived, they got right to work getting the truck pulled out. They set and anchored the storm shelter AND used the backhoe to fix all the ruts in the yard. The guys that came out today were top-notch and I’d recommend them to anyone! Very professional and super kind. Edited to add: We ordered the Deluxe Above Ground (smallest unit). It was $5,033 and delivered 2 weeks from the order date!
We just had the Model#108 Indoor Steel storm shelter installed, and couldn't be happier!! We love it!! Very clean looking, very spacious, and strong quality built. The guys installing it did a great job!! Excellent customer service, as well!
