Dr, Hopper is the moist kind & knowledgeable eye doctor I have ever been to. I have been going to him for 40 years & he is the best. I am sorry he is having to retire soon & wish him the very best, He is a wonderful Christian man & I am happy to have known him all these years. May God bless him!
